Gingerich succeeds Tony Baas, who will retire at the end of January after years of dedicated leadership and service to the Canadian market.<\/p>\n<p>Gingerich brings deep industry knowledge and a proven customer-center mindset to his new role. Most recently, he served as a Field Sales Engineer, partnering closely with customers and the sales organization to drive sustainable growth and deliver service and solution excellence across his territory.<\/p>\n<p>In his new position, he will lead Walter Canada\u2019s national sales organization, focusing on the company\u2019s \u201c<em>customer-first strategy\u201d<\/em> while advancing the full portfolio of Walter solutions and services. With the continued expansion of Walter\u2019s product and engineering solutions, Tim is well equipped with the right tools, insights, and leadership needed to accelerate growth across the Canadian market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTim\u2019s passion for customers, collaborative leadership style, and strong understanding of what makes Walter the customers first choice, makes him the ideal person to step into this role.\u201d said Rich Schweitzer, President \u2013 Americas. <em>\u201c<\/em>We are confident that he will continue to build on our strong foundation and drive meaningful value to our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Walter also extends its appreciation to Tony Baas for his years of leadership and commitment to the Canadian team.
